about me:
for over 20 years, i’ve been walking a different kind of path.
not chasing titles, not building ladders—
but mapping the inner landscape of what it means to be human.
i’ve studied the cosmic 🎇context of our species: where we came from, how culture shapes us, what keeps us apart, and what brings us back together.
i’ve searched for the common denominators of human connection—the truths that cut through age, gender, culture, and time.
that search took me deep into myself. into my own wounds, my own silence, my own feminine side. 💗
i learned what happens when a man doesn’t hide from his softness but lets it blossom into strength.
and i learned something undeniable:
✨ when women connect with themselves and with each other, the whole planet begins to heal.
that’s why i do this work.
i don’t come to you as “just another counselor.”
i come as someone who has lived in the noise, who has sat in the ache, who has devoted decades to learning how to hear the signal underneath it all.
i’ve counseled people across backgrounds, holding space that empowers instead of fixes.
i’ve seen women cry 😭 and laugh and break through in ways that ripple out into their families, their communities, their futures.
how do i see myself? as a mirror. a listener. a man who can sit in the storm without flinching.

you show up exactly as you are—messy, quiet, anxious, curious, whatever. i listen, i validate, and i track where you actually are right now. i notice how you’re relating to yourself and the world, where the blocks live, and how your body’s holding the weight. then i give you precise, immediate feedback so you can plug yourself into your own integration process on the spot.

most people leave feeling lighter, calmer, clearer. the noise turns down. your body exhales. you walk away with practical insight and a felt sense of direction that’s yours—not borrowed from me.
🛡️ is it safe to open up?
yes. this space is judgment-free. you can cry, vent, sit in silence, or laugh. nothing is “too much.” i don’t try to fix you—I sit with you, reflect what i see, and hand you the mirror until your own truth comes through.
🌱 how is this different from therapy or coaching?
therapy often tries to fix you. coaches often try to push you. i don’t do either. i’ve spent 20 years mapping the inner landscape, studying culture, and practicing what i teach. i assess your current state in real time, reflect what’s really happening, and give you the clearest next step into your own integration. no fluff. no drawn-out program. just immediate clarity and feedback.

about an hour. sometimes shorter, sometimes longer. we move at your pace.
🌍 where do we meet?
online zoom meeting, you can choose screen on or off--whatever feels most comfortable for you.
